PANDIM CONSULTANCY has state of the art infrastructure that includes

  • VOIP access to the development team in India at no cost to the client
  • Completely Networked environment
  • Corporate intranet, Instant Messaging and Video Conferencing facility
  • Ergonomically designed work space with full support services
  • All facilities are supported in 24 x 7 work mode
Data Centre Infrastructure :

PANDIM CONSULTANCY data centre is located at PANDIM CONSULTANCY corporate offices in Chennai, India. The data centre hosts all the critical server systems and networking components pertaining to both Client development systems and PANDIM CONSULTANCY internal servers.

The data centre has a reliable power supply from the state electricity board.  In addition, a diesel generator is always in a steady state for backup.   The power systems (UPS, generator) service providers are 24x7 on call.

Network Infrastructure :

PANDIM CONSULTANCY Chennai datacenter is the central networking hub for its branches and clients across the globe. The following are the highlights of PANDIM CONSULTANCY network infrastructure:

PANDIM CONSULTANCY has industry standard sophisticated firewalls clearly demarcating its corporate network with the client’s networks and the Internet. Security policies are well defined and audited before implementation of the firewall to strictly prohibit any misuse.

Access Software :

Subject to client’s requirements, PANDIM CONSULTANCY can deploy access software like PC Anywhere or Citrix to have land on the server components to be monitored.  With each Citrix session having around 5 KB of bandwidth only, a total of 64K is sufficient in most cases.

Ticketing Systems:

Ticketing systems are required to track calls / user complaints and other system related events to a final call for action or closure.  In addition to help focus on pending corrective action, trend reports from the ticket database also help in identifying potential ‘hot spots’, issues on capacity, availability and performance – thus helping manage ‘problems’  on a proactive basis as against ‘ incidents’ on a reactive basis.
